How to Order
Orders over 100 items: please email us at FAQ@urbancookies.com with these details:

Location (Phoenix or Scottsdale)

Pick-up or details on ezCater delivery

Quantity/Flavor selection (see our cupcake page / cookie page / box assortments page)
Please note: we appreciate a minimum of 48 hours notice / we recommend ordering early, especially during holidays.
Orders less than 100 items: easily place your order online, up to 2 weeks in advance here
We do not offer shipping, custom pastries or packaging, alterations, or label placement
Volume Discounts

If your single, one-time order is over $250, we are happy to provide a 5% discount.

If your order is over $1,000, we’re happy to provide a 10% discount.
Note: Volume discounts are not automatically applied. Use promo code Volume5% or Volume10% at checkout.
