• Catering delivery orders are serviced by a third-party provider, ezCater.

• If you have any issues or questions about your order, you must contact ezCater support: Call: 1-800-488-1803 / Text: 1-781-352-2651 / Email: support@ezcater.com

• Please keep in mind, our bakery has no way to contact your ezCater delivery driver directly. We also do not have access to your delivery details.

• When placing your order, please be sure your delivery date and time are accurate, your delivery address is correct, and your recipient will be available to accept your delivery.
   

• The delivery zone is a maximum of 20 miles from our Phoenix bakery. ​

• ezCater orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. 

​

• Delivery fee is $30, if your order exceeds $300, your delivery fee is 10% of your order total.
   

• Due to our extreme Summer heat, May-September, we recommend avoiding cupcakes for delivery during that time.​
