WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Our bakery is growing and changing every day and we are looking for hard workers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and who are comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching gears in a moment’s notice. All retail team members are expected to work or be available on weekends (Saturdays only), as well as opening shifts as early as 7:30 a.m. and closing shifts as late as 7 p.m. Part-time positions range from 16-31 hours and full-time from 32-40 hours— often times we can be flexible and work around other jobs, family commitments or school. Shifts can range from 4 hours to 10 hours.
Our retail team members spend their day working within a 3-person team, building customer "fans" by providing an exceptional customer experience. This includes customer service with a personal connection, keeping our shop well stocked, extremely organized, and very clean, and keeping a close eye on the quality of pastries before we serve them to customers.
They also fulfill online take-out orders for in-store pick up or delivery, fold tons of pastry boxes, do lots of cleaning, and complete operational tasks that keep the bakery running smoothly. Each team member's number one goal each day is to create a personal connection with each and every customer and ensure we've exceeded their expectations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Our bakery is growing and changing every day and we are looking for hard workers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and who are comfortable wearing multiple hats. If you have at least one year experience in commercial baking, are hard-working, coachable and reliable, we want to hear from you! Experience with frosting and piping is a huge plus!
All team members are expected to be available or work weekends (typically Saturdays only), as well as mornings as early at 6am and afternoons as late as 4pm. Our part-time bakers work 16-31 hours and full-time bakers work 32-40 hours per week. You must be able to work alone, as well as within a team of 2-6 bakers.
Bakers spend their day baking cookies, cupcakes, and cakes, as well as frosting cupcakes and cakes. Since we are a scratch bakery, our bakers make large batches of cookie dough, batters, frostings, icings and toppings ensuring quality and consistency every time. Bakers start out learning to be finishing bakers—only baking and frosting. Once that skill is mastered, bakers move on to production baking and learn to make things from scratch on our large 80-quart mixers. Bakers also do LOTS of cleaning, stocking of ingredients and other operational tasks in support of the team and business.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Our bakery is growing and changing every day and we are looking for hard workers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and who are comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching gears in a moment’s notice. We are also looking for someone who has worked as a shift leader in a retail or restaurant environment. All team members must be able to work or be available on Saturdays, as well as mornings as early at 7:30am and nights as late as 7pm. Our part-time shift leaders work 16-31 hours per week and our full-time members works 32-40 hours.
Our retail team members spend their day working within a 3-person team, building customer "fans" by providing an exceptional customer experience. Our retail team is made up of openers and closers, shift leads and a shopkeeper overseeing the team. Shift leaders are responsible for overseeing the retail shop and the retail team members. They oversee our daily quality report by overseeing team member performance, maintaining a quality shop environment and ensuring quality,
consistent pastries. Shift leads also work to improve processes and procedures to ensure every customer has a great experience. In addition, they report to and support the Shopkeeper in their operational duties in support of the business.
