In August, we were finally able to submit our construction plans to the City of Scottsdale. This is a lengthy process that sometimes requires multiple reviews and delays-- so we're crossing our fingers! This new space will be 1200 square feet and allow for only baking and frosting in the bakery. All of the pastries will be made from scratch in our Phoenix bakery and transported throughout the week.
That’s exciting news! New construction always brings such positive energy to the neighborhood.
