Day one of making this space a reality felt like a dream come true. We've waited for years to finally move forward with a second location and we're so excited to call Shea and the 101 home-- the Northwest corner to be exact.
A former Subway, it's in pretty bad shape at the moment, but by this Fall it will be transformed. We've never had a shop located in a plaza, so it will be great to have neighbors such as Starbucks, Culver's, Snooze Eatery, Cold Beer & Cheesebergers, The UPS store, Ideal Dental and AmTrust Bank. There's even a Tesla charging station in the parking lot and tons of other retail shops!
At this point, we've only begun the process by signing the lease and sketching out the floorplan with the architect. Construction should be begin this summer and you can follow along here!

Excited to see the new space - it looks fresh, inviting, and perfect for hanging out with friends over delicious cookies and coffee. The design feels thoughtful and welcoming, with areas to relax or catch up on work. Even while enjoying the vibe, it’s easy to check Cricket Live Scores, Results & Fixtures on SportScore between bites and laughs. This update truly elevates the Urban Cookies experience for everyone who stops by.
The new space looks inviting and well thought out, with thoughtful design and practical areas for visitors to explore. It’s great to see community input reflected in each detail. Supporting creative ventures and local engagement can make a big difference. DigitalSuits dedicated team of developers for hire brings tech insight to experiences like this and adds value overall. Excited to see more. yay
