​Early/Late Order Pick Up Policy:

• Before 9am: Walk-in purchases can only be made when we open at 9am and online orders can be picked up any time after 9:30am.

• After 6pm Mon-Fri or After 5pm Saturday: orders must be picked up by 6pm Monday-Friday and 5pm on Saturday. If you arrive at 5:01/6:01pm or later, your order will be available for pick up the next day. Keep in mind we are closed on Sunday.

CREATE A LOG IN

We use a platform called Toast for our online orders. You can create a Toast account so that you have all of your previous orders saved and keep your credit card on file.

SET YOUR PICK UP TIME

Upon opening the future ordering page, you will be prompted to select a DATE and TIME for pickup! Our future ordering system allows for ordering as soon as the next day or up to 14 days in advance. Example: if you want to pick up March 31, you can place your order March 17.

HAVING TROUBLE ORDERING?

If you begin the process and have trouble or are unable to place your order online, please send us a quick text to (602) 377-0739. You can also send us an email at faq@urbancookies.com. We will respond as soon as possible with assistance. ​​

LARGE OR DETAILED ORDER?

Sometimes large or detailed orders can seem daunting to place online. If you'd prefer to speak to someone, please email us at faq@urbancookies.com and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

Urban Cookies Bakeshop is pleased to offer a variety of pastries made with alternative ingredients such as those made without gluten ingredients, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.

However, we feel it is important that our customers understand that our baked goods are best designed for those who prefer alternative ingredients as a lifestyle choice, and not those who are highly sensitive to food allergens or who have a medical condition.
