• Delivery orders are serviced by a third-party delivery provider, Uber Eats.
   

• If you have any issues with your order, please contact Uber Eats Support for the quickest solution. 800-253-9377.
   

• Please keep in mind, we have no way to contact your delivery driver directly.
   

• If your order is not delivered, the fastest and most efficient solution is to contact Uber Eats Support for a resolution or refund. 800-253-9377. 
   

• When placing your order, please be sure your delivery address is accurate and your recipient will be home to receive the delivery.
   

• You can schedule your delivery up to 1 week in advance.
   

• The delivery fee depends on the delivery distance.
   

• Due to our extreme Summer heat, May-September, we recommend avoiding cupcakes and cakes for delivery.

Our bakeshop teams are happy to assist when possible, but please keep in mind that we have limited access to your order and limited options for solutions once your order leaves our bakery.
