Important Order Info
Our retail counter is stocked daily with all of our holiday pastries! We always appreciate advance pre-orders and those should be placed online up to 2 weeks in advance beginning November 17th. Please keep in mind that for orders more than $250, we appreciate at least 48-hours notice.

helpful ordering info
​ 1. Pre-Ordering highly recommended :
We recommend pre-ordering by clicking the ORDER tab at the top of our website beginning November 17th for pastries and gifts that launch December 1st. Nearly all orders can be placed online and up to 2 weeks in advance of your pickup date. If you are unable to pre-order, our pastry counter is always stocked, but plan to come early for the best selection!

2. We do NOT offer the following:
*Changes to preset gift assortments
*Gift messages or logos
*Customization of pastries / we do not offer alterations to our pastries
*In-house delivery or shipping (see below for more info)
*Please be sure to place your order at the correct bake shop location. Example: orders placed in Phoenix cannot be picked up at our Scottsdale location.
This allows us to fulfill more orders with expedience!

3. Larger Orders :
A majority of larger orders can still be easily placed online, however, we do appreciate at least 48-hours notice. If you have questions or require assistance with a larger order, please reach out to us by emailing FAQ@urbancookies.com. Orders over $250 qualify for our volume discount of 5% (Code: Volume5%) . For orders over $1000, a discount of 10% is available (Code: Volume10%) Please keep in mind, larger orders can only be picked up Tuesday through Friday.

4. Details on Delivery:
We offer delivery through the Uber Eats app. Uber Eats is designed for smaller local deliveries. Uber Eats sets their delivery zone and the delivery fee depends on the delivery distance. If requested, we can connect customers to a local courier to coordinate with separately if you do not wish to use Uber Eats.
Both of our bakeries on the third-party catering delivery site, ezCater.com. ezCater is designed for larger delivery orders and the delivery radius is up to 20 miles from each of our bakeries. The delivery fee is $30, or 10% of your subtotal when your total is $300+.

We encourage careful consideration when it comes to transportation - consider the car ride, heat exposure, etc. Ideal transportation would be a large, flat car space with A/C. Boxes and bags should be set upright and stabilized so there is no movement during transport.

5. Holiday Hours:
Our hours are 9AM - 6PM Monday through Friday and 9AM - 5PM Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.
We will be open 9am-2pm on Thursday, December 24th. We will be closed Friday, December 25 & Saturday, December 26th. Both bakeshops will be open Monday, December 28th.​
